Robert Drovdlic, MSSA

Director

Bob Drovdlic wears a couple of hats on tGCP’s leadership team. In addition to directing tGCP’s work with professional service firms, Bob also oversees tGCP’s Talent Management. He is responsible for recruiting and developing tGCP’s consultants, ensuring all meet the rigorous standards for working with high level clients. Bob is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Bob has consulted in the area of human performance enhancement since 1993. Using cutting-edge, performance development techniques and processes, Bob has assisted companies from a variety of industries such as healthcare, entertainment and hospitality, financial services, IT, construction, and distribution and logistics.

Bob consults with both individuals and groups using his expertise in organizational diagnostics, strategy and change management. He has guided the professional development of chief executives in Fortune 100 companies and senior partners in premier accounting firms. Bob has also worked extensively with small, family-owned enterprises. His versatility as a consultant is due to the amiable, unflappable presence he brings to every engagement.

Bob serves on the boards of the Central Ohio Family Business Center and the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce. He is married with two young sons, who provide endless entertainment and fascination.
