Ellen Faulkner brings 19 years of experience developing and enhancing the leadership potential of her clients’ key contributors. Ellen is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Faulkner’s training and experience in behavior change and performance enhancement bring an integrated, experiential approach to her clients. Years serving on educational and nonprofit boards have provided invaluable insights that augment her training. Her experience spans industries that include electronics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nonprofits, telecom, accounting, automotive, engineering, and healthcare.
Ellen helps clients focus on critical elements, root causes, and on setting realistic expectations for outcomes. She establishes strong individual relationships that ground individual growth and increased productivity. She is sought after by executive teams and boards of directors with what seem like intractable differences. With her guidance (and, no doubt, her sense of humor), these groups have transformed from individuals working at cross purposes to teams moving forward with one voice.
Ellen is involved in the National Association of Female Executives. She also volunteers with organizations helping youth and women. In addition to her husband and three children, Ellen’s passion is music. She has never met a show tune or a sonata she didn’t like.
