Debra M. Fish, PsyD

Director

Debra Fish’s role on the tGCP leadership team focuses on consulting to corporate clients and growing the firm’s HRD/OD consultancy. She is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Debra has honed her consulting applications over the past 14 years of working with both individuals and organizations. She has advanced client performance using such interventions as executive development, multi-level assessment, strategic selection and onboarding. Her clients represent a variety of industries including finance, healthcare, publishing, education, and law.

Dr. Fish’s work is characterized by high-accuracy diagnostics and focused feedback to the organization. Her ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organization allows Debra to be a particularly effectual advocate for necessary changes. Clients rely on her acute ability to look beyond an organization’s surface concerns to potential underlying systemic issues.

Debra is a licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association’s Society of Consulting Psychology. In addition to her consulting work, Debra serves on the board of the Mental Health Association of Middle Tennessee. She is an active participant in CABLE Nashville, the Nashville Women’s Political Caucus and the Executive Women’s Golf Association. She and her partner have two young daughters.
