Patty Grigoryev, PhD

Senior Consultant

Patty Grigoryev has specialized in leadership and organizational development for the past 25 years—both as a Human Resource executive and Consulting Psychologist. Dr. Grigoryev assists executive leadership and teams in implementing new strategies to align work flow and talent management with their overall business strategy. She consults on organizational structure issues to help maximize a firm’s utilization of resources and its ability to achieve market distinction.

Patty has a particular expertise in the area of change management. In these engagements, she designs and implements interventions that ensure the human side of the equation will embrace and succeed with the structural changes of the organization. These initiatives serve to both enhance the organization’s ability to retain and develop key contributors and to customize and align services to specific customer requirements. She also coaches team members and leaders on how to provide the right combination of support and pressure to challenge thinking, elicit creative solutions, and enact new and better approaches to human relationships and business solutions.

Patty is a member of the American Psychological Association’s Society of Consulting Psychology, and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. In addition to raising her miniature dachshund (she’s almost done with her kids), Patty enjoys performing as a soloist as well as acting with the Little Theater of Danville.
