David Pellegrini has spent more than twenty years developing his expertise in working with individuals, groups, and organizations. His experience spans multiple industries, including high technology, science and engineering, health care, education, government and diversified financial and professional services. David directs tGCP’s work with nonprofit organizations and is based in Washington, DC.
Dr. Pellegrini uses state-of-the-art behavioral science and assessment tools to maximize the “human side of the enterprise” for the simultaneous benefit of an organization’s employees and its bottom line. He has done extensive work with multiple types of organizations. He has helped family owned businesses assure their longevity, success, and harmony through succession planning and other key consultative strategies. David has assisted nonprofits in navigating massive culture shifts and in building their organizational capacity. He has consulted with closely-held businesses and for profit corporations in various capacities, including development of senior executives, board development, and compatibility studies to enhance the matching of individuals to jobs.
A licensed psychologist, David is a member of the American Psychological Association and is active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. If you think you’ve heard his name before, it may be because he is an accomplished and exhibited photographer and painter. David and his wife (also a psychologist) have two daughters.
