Roza Rojdev, PsyD

Director

Roza Rojdev joined tGCP’s executive team in 2002, after years of leading her own individual and organizational development firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she is based. 

Roza’s work is characterized by diversity, both in term of industries and geography. Her clients represent industries such as healthcare, education, professional services, manufacturing, fashion, automotive and real estate. Recent strategy and leadership consulting has taken Dr. Rojdev to France, Greece, the UK, and Australia, as well as throughout the United States and Canada. 

Roza brings a unique intensity to each engagement—she demands excellence while providing unwavering support and guidance. In her work with family and closely-held businesses, Roza leads multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with other trusted business advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and money managers. Roza also conducts seminars and workshops throughout the country on topics related to organizational change, strategy development and talent management.

Roza has been recognized for adapting state-of-the-art software applications (360˚ assessment and feedback, organizational diagnostics, and strategic goal synchronization) and specially designed development systems to such areas as team building, leadership development, sales development, and performance management and enhancement. When asked what she finds most gratifying about her work, Roza states, "Shaping the heart and mind of an organization is a privilege worthy of our pursuit."
