Bio

Curt Buermeyer, PhD

Director

Curt Buermeyer, works with mid- and upper-level executives in many Fortune 500 companies and governmental organizations. Curt leads the tGCP office in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Buermeyer makes a significant impact on client organizations through his unique use of rigorous assessment and detailed feedback, designed to provide a “crystal-clear” view of underlying issues at play. Through this process, Curt is able to help organizations identify both potential obstacles to performance and the most effective solutions.

Curt works with individual contributors and teams to bring about renewed focus on performance while, at the same time, ensuring all components of the organization are aligned with the overall strategy. He works one-on-one with executives to develop and enhance their leadership acumen. Curt also helps organizations establish internal “coaching” regimens. One of his special areas of expertise is executive development within the U.S. armed forces.

Curt is a member of the American Psychological Association’s Society of Consulting Psychology. He is married with three young children and claims to have time for things like golf, water and snow skiing, personal fitness, home improvement projects, playing the drums and reading. Apparently, he never sleeps.
