Kris Clancy has spent the past 20 years helping executives, managers, and individual contributors refine their performance. She is sought after by some of tGCP’s most established clients because of the strong relationships she has built and the trust she has engendered. Kris divides her time between Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Clancy has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including finance, health care, professional services, telecommunications, manufacturing, information technology, entertainment, retail, hospitality, insurance, real estate, transportation, utilities, social services, religious, military, and emergency response organizations. Kris has a keen understanding of leadership demands due to her service in a number of leadership positions, including in international organizations. In those roles, she has advised executives on human resource utilization and development. Kris’ specialty areas also include mediation and dispute resolution, as well as workplace violence and associated post-traumatic stress issues.
Kris has two children and a husband serving abroad in the Armed Forces. Her love of animals extends beyond just rescuing dogs and cats: Kris rescues neglected horses. She also reports being a vocalist in Orlando in the eighties. No word on whether that involved a mouse suit.
