Daniel P. Kendall, PhD

Managing Director

Dan Kendall is a member of the Global Consulting Partnership’s executive team, which is responsible for the growth of the firm and the delivery of tGCP’s HRD/OD consulting solutions. Dan is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Prior to joining the executive team at tGCP, Dr. Kendall led the business consulting division of his own firm, which specialized in providing HRD/OD consulting solutions to companies that recognize the importance of investing in their most valuable asset—their people. In assisting companies in this process, Dan’s work focused on the development and enhancement of the management and leadership potential of its clients.

Dan has combined his 18 years as a business owner and partner in the financial services industry with his specialized training and experience in human behavior assessment and enhancing individual and organizational performance to bring an integrated and experiential approach to our firm’s client projects. In his work with clients, Dan works with chief executives, management teams, and individual contributors in the areas of leadership team assessment and development, pre-employment assessment, promotion evaluation and acceleration, career-path development, conflict resolution, and organizational performance.
